At METALSHIPS we are aware that our corporate management must be consistent with the needs and demands of society and for this reason, we have taken on our commitment to incorporate equal opportunities in the management of the organisation.

As a result of this, on the 20th of December, 2023, our 1st EQUALITY PLAN was approved, presented and registered.

By way of an Equality Plan as a strategic instrument, we will revise our culture, our operating internal procedures and their structure, by promoting and encouraging measures to reach authentic equality within the company. In an especially-masculine industry as the Shipping Industry is, we are aware of the challenge we face, and will confront it as another area to improve in our corporate management system which will no doubt have a positive impact on the company’s structure and relations.
